Exchange

Exchange is welcome within 7 days of receiving your order at your own expense. If you would like to exchange your order, please contact us strictly within this timeframe to ensure we can assist you. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item. It is imperative you use the original packaging in the return. Our pieces are fragile and can easily be damaged in transit. It will be the sender’s responsibility to ensure the item is returned in undamaged, saleable condition.

All sale and discounted items are final sale. Items purchased with a discount or promotional code are considered sale items.

Refund

We’re all about quality craftsmanship, and before your piece makes its way to you, we carefully inspect your products. Irregularities such as little fissures and holes may be present. Variation is a characteristic of natural stone. Colour and veining may vary from piece to piece. In the instance that a piece is deemed faulty, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.

To initiate a refund contact us on info@houseofstone.com.au within 24 hours of delivery, with images and details of the damage.

Unfortunately, House of Stone does not offer refund due to change of mind.

Pre-orders

Each item purchased on pre-order is made especially for you and reserved in our shipment. For this reason, we ask that you choose carefully as we cannot offer refunds for pre-ordered items.

Occasionally, delays can occur and we appreciate your patience, we promise your unique stone piece is well worth the wait! In the unlikely circumstance that the delay exceeds 30 days we may consider a refund upon request.
